Give patients a place to put their plan into practice, and your team a clearer view of what they choose to share.
New clinic onboarding is being prepared
An example of what a care team sees between visits: patients sharing readings, logging medicines, finishing program steps and joining from an invitation.

01Welcome people in
Add colleagues by role and invite patients, with their medicines and plan set up before they arrive. Hosted invitation delivery is being prepared.
02Make the plan practical
Programs, meals and small daily steps in the patient’s app, with allie to explain their record in plain words.
03See what needs attention
Shared readings with their dates and sources, medicines and program progress, grouped by condition.
New clinic onboarding is being prepared. Write to us and we will talk through access for your clinic. Patients join by invitation from their clinic; there is no public sign-up.
hello@rx-daily.comWhat a patient shares in RxDaily: readings with their dates and sources, medicines, questionnaire answers and program progress. Access is scoped to your clinic’s workspace and to the people on each patient’s care team.
Nothing is saved to a record until the person confirms it. Every access to health information is recorded and kept for six years. Patient information is never sent to an AI provider without a signed business associate agreement.
Reporting is being built to the CMS ACCESS implementation guide and is in testing with CMS on synthetic beneficiaries. RxDaily does not send live reports yet; each track goes live only when its reports pass the conformance check.
RxDiet is a separate service offered through participating programs. Its connection to RxDaily is in development.
